The ideal candidate would be hungry for making a serious income, have an excellent ability to communicate in English, able to cold call and follow-up leads. The position will require you to cold contact major and intermediate advertisers all over the US, Canada & Global to create a relationship that is mutually profitable for all. The focus will be on big name advertisers and serious revenue earning potential. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of the internet, appreciate online advertising and marketing and must be able to think on their feet. One major quality which will separate you from the pack is the ability to negotiate the best deal for the company and not shy with dealing with people. You will be responsible for the day to day relationship with these clients as well as constantly bringing in new ones. Responsibilities Include:
Provide high-level direct client contact with advertisers and potential advertisers.
Cultivate relationships at the highest levels of top agencies, large on-line advertisers and Fortune 1000 companies.
Supervise proper delivery of advertising campaigns in accordance with goals and objectives of the client.
Supervise junior sales staff, set goals, coach and train.
Drive revenue through long-term, high dollar contacts.
Develop new markets, prospect and close.
Responsible for selling new, high-end, and complex products and multi-platform packages.
Consult with clients on their marketing needs and creatively design solution packages.
Provide feedback to the rest of the organization on how to better satisfy client needs.
Expected to generate a high volume of sales related activity including prospecting, presentations, RFPs, etc.
Develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts.
Consult with clients to maximize Company return on investment.
Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as requested.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong relationship and rapport building skills.
Ability to identify and generate new base business.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees, along with working with external clients or customers.
Possess strong leadership, communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a team.
Strong understanding of Advertising Sales at the CXO level
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with demanding management and staff.
Must be capable of prioritization of multiple tasks in a deadline sensitive environment.
Must possess ability to work autonomously.
Must possess strong work ethic necessary for success in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
Education::
Bachelor Degree or relevant work experience .
Compensation:
